5 Year Limited Warranty- UV Guard II

Weatherall Company, Inc. warrants that when one coat of UV Guard II stain then one coat of UV Guard Advance Clear is applied according to the label directions to bare wood on vertical wood surfaces such as walls or posts, this finish system will prevent the wood beneath the stain from noticeably graying due to sun (UV) damage for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty may be extended for an additional two years (a total of five years) by cleaning the surface and applying one additional coat of UV Guard Advance clear over the existing UV Guard II stain. Each additional finish coat must be applied during the third year after the original purchase of UV Guard II stain and UV Guard Advance Clear. Applying more than one coat at a time of any of the aforementioned products will void this warranty.

This limited warranty only applies to UV Guard II stain that has been applied according to label directions to bare wood surfaces that have been prepared according to label directions. Contact the Weatherall Company for all information and approved products and methods for surface stripping, cleaning, preparing, staining and finishing your wood, and to obtain your limited warranty registration form.

This limited warranty specifically excludes horizontal wood surfaces such as decks and handrails. Additionally, it excludes UV Guard II stain applied over any existing finishes. In order to initiate this limited warranty, the end user of the UV Guard II product must obtain a limited warranty registration form and return the completed form along with valid proof of purchase to: Weatherall Warranty Dept., 106 Industrial Way, Charlestown IN 47111. This limited warranty does not apply to conditions caused by use of materials other than those manufactured or approved by the Weatherall Company, Inc. The limited warranty also does not apply in the event of a failure to completely follow all directions provided with the product. Remedy under this limited warranty is limited to the replacement of any product actually used that does not comply with this limited warranty. THIS TRANSFERABLE LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA. THE DURATION OF ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW RELATING TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF FIVE YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE. REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARANTY AND OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE LIMITED SOLELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH ABOVE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE WEATHERALL COMPANY, INC. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LABOR. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

5 Year Limited Warranty- SuSTAIN

Weatherall Company, Inc. warrants that when one coat of SuSTAIN is applied according to the label directions to bare wood on vertical wood surfaces such as walls or posts, this finish system will prevent the wood beneath the stain from noticeably graying due to sun (UV) damage for a period of three years from the date of purchase.

This limited warranty may be extended for an additional two years (a total of three years) by cleaning the surface and applying one additional coat of SuSTAIN over the existing SuSTAIN. Each additional finish coat must be applied during the third year after the original purchase of SuSTAIN. Applying more than one coat at a time of any of the aforementioned products will void this warranty.

Limited Lifetime Warranty - Triple Stretch Chinking

Weatherall Company, Inc. warrants satisfactory results from the use of Triple Stretch Textured Log Home Sealant when installed in accordance with the application instructions provided by Weatherall.

Exceptions:

This warranty does not cover failures due to the following: Fire, flood, natural disaster or any other acts of God; improper storage, handling or installation; plumbing leaks, faulty construction or settling that would exceed the material’s normal elasticity.

Weatherall’s sole and complete responsibility for proved material failure is as set forth in this warranty. Weatherall Company, Inc. will not be held responsible for incidental, indirect or consequential damages including reinstallation labor. The user is solely responsible for determining the suitability of this product for its intended use prior to application. User assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith. Questions regarding this warranty should be directed to the nearest Weatherall representative.

Claims Notification:

Notification of claims must be made in writing to Weatherall Company, Inc. and accompanied by the sales receipt. If Triple Stretch Textured Log Home Sealant is proved to have failed, Weatherall Company, Inc. at its own discretion, will replace failed material or refund the purchase price of the material only. Weatherall Company, Inc. reserves the right to inspect the jobsite by an authorized representative prior to settlement of any claims.

Limited Lifetime Warranty - UV Guard Textured Caulk

Weatherall Company, Inc. warrants satisfactory results from the use of UV Guard Textured Caulk when installed in accordance with the application instructions provided by Weatherall.

Exceptions:

This warranty does not cover failures due to the following: Fire, flood, natural disaster or any other acts of God; improper storage, handling or installation; plumbing leaks, faulty construction or settling that would exceed the material’s normal elasticity.

Weatherall’s sole and complete responsibility for proved material failure is as set forth in this warranty. Weatherall Company, Inc. will not be held responsible for incidental, indirect or consequential damages including reinstallation labor.
